ACTIVITIES

  • Proposes, coordinates, develops and supervises the policies of the Network section with respect to:
  1. SFS: shop, food service, car wash, lubes bay, programming and promotional operations, HR and trainings;
  2. Quality: Top Service – conducts regular on-spot trainings;
  3. Hygiene/Environment/Safety of property and of persons;
  4. Maintenance: Interface with the Maintenance Engineers, s/he makes sure that the Dealer/Station Managers observe the contract terms;
  5. Cards activity: secure transactions in service stations, retain and develop the portfolio clients.
  • Proposes and negotiates the economic aspects of the contract for assigned territory on renewal or for annual re-negotiation (working capital required, operating account forecast, rents, etc) and enforces the action plans required for optimizing results in sales & margins/pricing, Top Service, rents, etc;
  • Detects and highlights financial health & risks (financial situation) and analyzes the economic and commercial performance levels (Actual operating/trading account, P & L, NCA);
  • Assesses Territory stations’ training needs and implements the approved training plan for all station staff;
  • Molds and recommends potential Young Dealers, nurtures and tracks their success through weekly audits & monthly management controls;
  • Conducts regular competition survey: identified possible aspects, analyze the competition and contributes to the development policy defined for the assigned territory;
  • Maintains Territory control (weekly record audits for YD stations, monthly stock movement for FDs and DODOs) and provides regular updated reports to Head Office with proposed action points;
  • Prospects for future stations’ land and partnership opportunities with existing or upcoming DODOs;
  • Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods;
  • Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions;
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research;
  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships;
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Retail Manager.
