We are currently looking for recommendations for an experienced HR/Subcontractor Administrator to support the management of local and international subcontracted personnel for a project based in Pemba, Cabo Delgado.

The ideal candidate should have experience in:
✔ Managing subcontracted workforce administration
✔ Visa and work permit processes
✔ Personnel documentation and compliance
✔ Dealing with both local and international subcontractors
✔ Fluent English (mandatory)
