At Apolowil Consultants, we are assembling a dynamic team to submit a bid for conducting research on the status of sustainable farming practices among Better Cotton farmers in Mozambique. We are seeking a committed and experienced Team Leader with the following qualifications:

✅ 7+ years of experience in sustainable agriculture or related sectors.
✅ 7+ years of proven expertise in research and evaluation studies, specifically within rural and smallholder farming contexts.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, related sectors, or research and evaluation fields.
✅ Direct experience and knowledge of the cotton sector in Mozambique.
✅ Significant expertise in survey methodologies and relevant data collection tools.
✅ Demonstrated ability to organize high-quality data collection activities in rural project locations across Mozambique.
