Job Description

• Contribute to the management of Legal Risk within the Bank.
• Support all business areas and functions in relation to their need of translation from English to Portuguese and vice versa.
• Manage the stakeholder`s expectation and deliver the translation with higher quality within agreed SLAs;
• Manage and negotiate costs/deadlines for translations assigned to External Translators.
• Manage the relationship with External Translators on behalf of the Bank.
• Schedule follow up meetings with stakeholders to track progress and alignment on translations.
• Put in place the list of requirements for documents to be translated (how they should be presented (format, quality, legibility, editability)
