Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support shop floor staff to ensure high performance and productivity.

• Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.

• Monitor and manage daily store operations (opening, closing, cleanliness, cash handling).

• Assist with inventory control: receiving stock, stock rotation, and minimizing loss.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales and operations reports.

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a retail or shop supervisory role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of inventory systems and POS software.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
