Key Tasks

• Administer implementation of service point plans and programs
• Serve and assist walk-in customers in service points for pick-up or hand-in of shipments
• Achieve sales, service and customer satisfaction targets and delivery high quality of service
• Handle customer queries, clarify issues and solve problems for customers
• Keep self-updated n company policies, products and services
• Gather relevant information to respond to customer inquiries related to organizational products/services
• Apply day-to-day standard organizational procedures and processes.
