Key Responsibilities
Manage daily logistics, transportation, fleet, and distribution operations.
Plan and monitor vehicle deployment, delivery schedules, and route efficiency.
Coordinate with drivers, transporters, customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor operational costs, fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and delivery performance.
Ensure timely deliveries and effective resolution of operational issues.
Manage logistics documentation, trip records, and operational reports.
Ensure compliance with local transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational productivity.
Lead and supervise logistics staff, drivers, and operational teams.
Build strong relationships with customers and service providers.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience in logistics or transportation operations.
Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of fleet management, transport planning, and logistics coordination.
Experience in cost control, vendor management, and operational reporting.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Mozambique’s logistics and transportation environment is an advantage.
