Key accountabilities:

• Translate business strategy into plans, budgets and financial/operational targets (P&L, KPIs, CapEx, B/S, Cash Flow and Working Capital.
• Lead the LRP and the annual budgeting/forecasting processes.
• Define financial and operational targets for the business based on inputs received from relevant sources.
• Lead the in-month forecasting process and the monthly performance review process and present the results to management.
• Internal and External performance analysis that provides insight on the overall business performance of the company including competitors’ performance. Co-ordinate and publish the intra-monthly forecast based upon accurate trending of key indices with a strong focus on anticipating and managing month-end results.
• Support Investor Relations.
• Responsible for Data reporting, insights & analytics, Data Engineering, Data quality & governance, acting as a central point in the OpCo for master data, creating best-in-class models and data production across all local sources.

• Leadership skills and experience in managing teams in a complex and changing/dynamic operating environment (proven ability to motivate and empower others in order to reach organizational goals).

• Analytical-minded, accountable, innovative, adaptable, and leader with broad experience and understanding of performance management; External perspective and appreciation of macro-economic environment, Business leadership and transformation, and commercial Acumen.
• Proven track record of driving business change and implementation of appropriate governance structure to measure the successful delivery of agreed benefits.

Qualifications:

• Degree or Professional Accounting Qualification (Chartered Accountant preferred).
• Telecommunications/FMCG industry experience at the senior level.
