Group Operations Finance Manager

Role Overview

The Group Operations Finance Manager will be responsible for managing key financial and operational functions across supply chain, IT processing, and commercial operations. This role is critical in driving efficiency, cost optimization, and strategic financial support across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have strong technical finance skills, hands-on operational experience, and the ability to lead finance-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize end-to-end financial and operational processes across regions.
• Oversee inventory, IT processes, and commercial finance operations.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and business presentations.
• Establish visibility into key operational KPIs to support real-time decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional P&L leaders, internal audit, and corporate finance teams.
• Drive operational finance initiatives, including digital transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial regulations.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support business strategy and performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized national or international institute.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations finance.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems (preferably SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, data modeling, PowerPoint, and presentation tools.
• Experience with inventory management, IT systems, and commercial finance.
• Background in the agri-commodities or fertilizer manufacturing sector is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel across countries as part of the role.
