Country Manager – Agribusiness (Maputo, Mozambique)

Our client, a leading agribusiness player, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Country Manager to spearhead their operations in Mozambique. Based in Maputo. This pivotal role demands a hands-on leader with experience in large-scale multinational FMCG companies. The successful candidate will possess exceptional commercial acumen, particularly in navigating complex informal route-to-market strategies, and demonstrate robust P&L management capabilities.
Key Requirements:
Multinational FMCG Experience: A strong background working within large, international Fast-Moving Consumer Goods organizations.
Languages: Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
