About the Role
The ARC Manager is a key technical leader responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining ARC Power’s solar generation units, known as ARCs. This is a crucial role in ensuring that each solar system operates effectively, safely, and with real impact in the communities we serve across Mozambique. The selected candidate will lead teams of technicians, oversee the construction and commissioning of solar infrastructure, and manage its long-term operation and maintenance. They will also work closely with engineering, operations, procurement, and data teams—from the planning phase through to technical support and optimization.
This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in engineering (electrical, renewables or similar), strong leadership and project management skills, and a passion for innovation and positive impact in rural settings.
