Position: Administrative Assistant / Travel Coordinator
Location: Maputo Office

Key Responsibilities: ✨ Assist the Managing Director with administrative tasks
✨ Organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
✨ Manage office communications and filing systems
✨ Oversee the Office Services department (Receptionist, Office Assistant, Messenger)
✨ Provide top-notch customer service and support across the office
What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (maritime/shipping industry is a plus)
✔️ Excellent time management, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
✔️ Fluency in English
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
✔️ A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude!
