Participate in equipment failure investigations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Main Responsibilities <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement an effective condition monitoring system to monitor performance of mechanical rotating machineries in order to improve <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">reliability and availability of Coral FLNG facilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the vibration monitoring program either online to check healthiness of system 1 or offline to collect vibration readings in the plant. <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">He shall analyse results, report any abnormalities and propose solutions to <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">improve reliability based on his analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible to organize oil samples to be taken. He shall analyse sample results, report any abnormalities and propose solutions to improve reliability <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">based on his analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for Thermography, camera status, take readings, analyse results and propose solutions based on his analysis to improve system reliability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing of contractor who takes the route<\/li>\n<li>Highlight bad actors in light of analysis he conducts<\/li>\n<li>Respond timely and proactively to Operation and Maintenance technical queries in order to achieve high plant availability and reliability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Lead rotating equipment Engineer in carrying out Equipment Failure, Root Cause Analysis and Reliability Analysis. Ensure the adequate frequency of the scheduled condition monitoring and <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">reliability improvement programs in view of historical data pertaining to <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">reliability and performance of mechanical equipment malfunctions.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare detailed condition monitoring and performance monitoring checklists, and estimated man-hour and job requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise systematic collection and analysis of reliability and performance data on all mechanical equipment and machineries and recommend <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">maintenance programs, upgrading, or modifications to improve reliability <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">and performance of equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate closely with other sections for major shutdowns and carry out reliability and performance analysis including base line data collection and <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">analysis following new installations, modifications, major maintenance or <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">overhaul of mechanical machinery and equipment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify needs for maintenance and overhaul of equipment based on condition monitoring, reliability, and performance data analysis and inform <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">maintenance section to raise maintenance work orders after Manager <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">Mechanical Support approval.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Receive, investigate, and resolve complaints related to performance or condition of mechanical equipment and machineries, evaluate innovative <span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">technologies, and identify opportunities for improvement, recommending <\/span><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial; font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Oxygen-Sans, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Helvetica Neue', sans-serif;\">changes\/upgrades to maximize reliability of plant facilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.<\/li>\n<li>8 years\u2019 relevant experience in Condition Monitoring or Reliability Engineering in gas, LNG or petrochemical plant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Certified ISO CAT III.<\/li>\n<li>Appropriate certification in Thermography.<\/li>\n<li>Experience and knowledge of Condition and Performance monitoring Management Software systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sound and good technical knowledge of, vibration analysis, thermography and turbo machinery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Capable of Producing technical engineering reports and studies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Competencies <\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English (written &amp;
