The\u00a0 successful candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, strong systems proficiency, and\u00a0 the ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently in a fast-paced project environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy approval to candidate onboarding <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various project and corporate positions <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate interviews and selection processes with hiring managers and stakeholders <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare offer letters, employment documentation, and hiring approvals.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate and monitor the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all pre-employment\u00a0 requirements are completed, including medical examinations, document verification, employment\u00a0 contracts, system access requests, payroll enrollment, induction scheduling, and mobilization\u00a0 requirements where applicable.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Publish vacancies through various recruitment channels and professional networks <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conduct CV screening and candidate assessments against job requirements <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases within HR systems <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Generate recruitment reports, metrics, and hiring status updates\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR databases, and digital recruitment tools effectively <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support workforce planning and manpower mobilization requirements\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable labor regulations <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure compliance with company procedures, labor legislation, and internal recruitment standards\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diploma or Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a\u00a0 related field\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR recruitment support <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience using recruitment systems, HRIS platforms, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other sourcing\u00a0 tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies\u00a0 simultaneously\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong communication and interpersonal skills\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to work
