Goldpharma is an international pharmaceutical company engaged in the importation, distribution and supply of pharmaceuticals, medical devices and healthcare products.<\/p>\n
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Admin Coordinator to join our Commercial Operations team.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
* Collect, verify and consolidate daily sales activity reports.
\n* Coordinate customer orders and communicate with internal teams.
\n* Monitor order status and ensure timely follow-up.
\n* Support sales performance reporting and basic data analysis.
\n* Respond to routine customer inquiries.
\n* Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
\n* Support process improvement and efficient information flow.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
* Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
\n* 2\u20134 years of experience in sales support, administration or coordination.
\n* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
\n* Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
\n* Fluency in Portuguese and English is required.
\n* Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n
* Experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales support.
\n* Familiarity with Primavera or other ERP systems.<\/p>\n
