Professional experience: Minimum 10-15 years (Minimum 2 years in technical contracts domain) with exposure on operations. Advanced Contracts and Procurement Technical Competencies required: C&amp;P tools advanced certification required. Mandatory capacity to train newly recruited C&amp;P personnel with C&amp;P Induction. Establish the technical contracts and contractual agreements, directly participate to the most complex contracts. Conduct the commercial bid analysis and negotiation thereby creating a clear definition of responsibilities and documents.
