The Head of Support Services provides strategic and operational leadership to the mission\u2019s support functions, ensuring efficiency, compliance, accountability and effective risk management across Finance, HR, Logistics and Procurement.The HoSS ensures that projects are adequately resourced and implemented in line with donor and internal requirements, while strengthening internal systems and staff capacity. The role also contributes to country strategy, budget planning and donor engagement on compliance and financial matters, supporting the mission\u2019s overall sustainability and enabling programme teams to deliver quality interventions.<\/p>\n

WHAT WE OFFER
\nType of contract: a first 6 (six) month collaboration contract subject to verification of the achievement of specific objectives (these objectives will be agreed together with the Line Manager upon arrival on assignment); a second collaboration contract of 6 (six) months renewable, following the positive evaluation of the first three months of contract
\nEconomic conditions:\u00a0according to WeWorld Expatriates Compensation Policy Base Salary (3.190\u20ac – 3.790\u20ac monthly) + Contributions reflecting role complexity and hardship level of the duty station + Housing contribution
\nFlight ticket:\u00a0One round-trip air ticket every 12 months of service (between country of residence and duty station)
\nHealth insurance: covered
\nAnnual leave: 2,5 days\/month (working days)
