Hiper Distribuidora Lda is looking for a motivated, organized, and results-oriented Marketing Assistant to join its Marketing Department. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, merchandising activities, market research, and dayto-day marketing operations across a portfolio of leading international brands.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate promotional activities and in-store activations.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist with merchandising implementation across trade channels.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor campaign execution and prepare performance reports.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Coordinate production and distribution of POS materials.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support market research and competitor analysis.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal departments.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Assist in budget monitoring and administrative marketing tasks. Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. \u2022 1\u20133 years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Experience within the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Knowledge of Power BI and ERP systems (e.g., Primavera) will be an advantage.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n
