class=\"section-html-text ng-binding\">\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Understand requirements for each event<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Plan event with attention to budget and time constraints<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Manage all the logistics of the event: prepare, gather and organize all means to cover the event\/visit such as the list of invited people, transportation, confirmation of attendance, etc.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Coordinate all aspects related to the event including putting together a dedicated team to prepare the program, coordinate with all entities (within company and externals) and lead the good execution of the program during the visit.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Research vendors (catering, decorators, musicians etc.) and choose the best combination of quality and cost.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Manage all event operations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ql-align-justify\">Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate event\u2019s success and submit reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in hospitality management, public relations or relevant field is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as event coordinator.<\/li>\n<li>A proven track record of organizing successful events.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent vendor management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.<\/li>\n<li>Well-organized with multi-tasking skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to handle stress and remain calm.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving ability.<\/li>\n<li>Must speak, read and write English and Portuguese fluently.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain effective working relationship with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent team player with good leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"col-12 ng-scope\">\n<div
