We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Supervisor to lead our billing operations, ensure invoice accuracy, strengthen revenue assurance, and support commercial activities.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\n\u2705 Supervise and support the Billing Team
\n\u2705 Ensure accurate and timely customer invoicing
\n\u2705 Verify contracts, rates, and billing data before invoicing
\n\u2705 Manage billing reconciliations and revenue assurance processes
\n\u2705 Resolve billing discrepancies, customer queries, and credit notes
\n\u2705 Collaborate with Finance, Operations, customers, shipping lines, and service providers
\n\u2705 Drive continuous improvement in billing controls and reporting<\/p>\n
Requirements
\n\u2714 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Sales, or related field
\n\u2714 3-5 years’ experience in billing, accounting, finance, or operations
\n\u2714 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\n\u2714 Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP system knowledge
\n\u2714 Fluency in Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English
\n\u2714 Ability to lead, train, and develop a team<\/p>\n
