\nIBLT&S Beira is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our Customer Service Department.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udfaf Role Purpose
\nThe Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the Customer Service team, ensuring the smooth execution of import and export shipments, timely service delivery, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

\u2705 Key Requirements
\nRelevant academic qualification;
\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, depots, warehousing, freight forwarding, or related operations;
\nKnowledge of Import, Export and Transit of Goods will be an advantage;
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
\nFluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
\nStrong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills;
\nHigh level of accountability, professionalism and attention to detail;
\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.<\/p>\n
