Basic Recruitment Criteria<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities
\n1\u3001Assist the sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks.
\n2\u3001Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices and all other relevant sales documents.
\n3\u3001Follow up on customer order progress and track payment status.
\n4\u3001Coordinate with the finance department to guarantee timely order fulfillment.
\n5\u3001Communicate with customers for order updates, overdue payment follow-ups and document formalities.
\n6\u3001Maintain and update customer profiles, sales records and outstanding receivables data.
\n7\u3001Respond to customer enquiries and resolve routine operational issues promptly.<\/p>\n
Job Requirements<\/p>\n
Work Experience
\n1\u20133 years of hands-on experience in sales support, customer service or general administration roles.
\nCandidates with prior experience in lubricants, tires or import & export trading industries will be prioritized.<\/p>\n
Soft Skills
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nStrong organizational skills and outstanding time management capabilities.
\nMeticulous working style with high focus on details and data accuracy.
\nAble to work both independently and collaborate closely within a team.
\nStrong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
\nCapable of working under tight pressure and delivering tasks before deadlines.<\/p>\n
Computer Proficiency
\nFully proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook.
\nPrior experience operating ERP systems (Kingdee, SAP, Odoo, etc.) is a plus.<\/p>\n
Language Proficiency
\nExcellent command of written and spoken English.<\/p>\n
