KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/div>\n
Advise and execute recruitment, placement, training, promotion, compensation and other areas of human resources policy;
\n\u2022 Study and analyze work done through interviews with workers, supervisors and managers;
\n\u2022 Ensure that the salaries of both in-house and outsourced workers are properly processed in the Primavera software;
\n\u2022 Ensure that all information regarding taxes resulting from salary processing is properly made available to the financial department for the due monthly
\npayments;
\n\u2022 Prepare professional information or work on profession classification systems;
\n\u2022 Study and advise on employment opportunities, career choices and training needs;
\n\u2022 Support in the management and organization of the performance evaluation process;
\n\u2022 Guarantee that the internal training needs are incorporated and executed on the training plan;
\n\u2022 Prepare opinions and projects with varying degrees of complexity and perform other specialized support activities;
\n\u2022 Manage employment personal files (contracts, payslip, etc.);
\ncosts, among others;
\n\u2022 Organize and supervise file systems;
\n\u2022 Ensure that all disciplinary internal processes and procedures are properly conducted and support to WFM;
\n\u2022 And other tasks associated with the position.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Min 2 years of HR experience;<\/div>\n
\u2022 Fluent in English and Portuguese;<\/div>\n
\u2022 Good planning and organization skills;<\/div>\n
\u2022 Good analytical skills and results oriented reporting (general reporting and KPI\u00b4s);<\/div>\n
\u2022 Expert Knowledge of the Mozambican Labour Law and experienced with contract management;<\/div>\n
\u2022 Good interpersonal communication skills;<\/div>\n
\u2022 Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;<\/div>\n
\u2022 Good problem-solving skills;<\/div>\n
\u2022 University in HR Management or related fields is desirable;<\/div>\n
\u2022 Knowledge of Primavera HR Module;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
