Reports to: Condominium President<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>SANCO \u2013 Talent Management is recruiting on behalf of a client, a premium residential condominium, for a proactive and organized Junior Facilities Administrator<\/strong> to oversee the day-to-day operational management of the property and act as the central point of contact among residents, service providers, and the Condominium President.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you\u2019ll do<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Manage financial administration \u2014 invoicing, receipts, resident account status, and budget monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Serve as the primary liaison for residents, handling complaints and requests through to resolution.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with contractors and service providers.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Monitor common areas, equipment, and building systems, escalating critical issues.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Provide regular status reports and ensure compliance with internal rules and Mozambican law.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What we\u2019re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Technical training ( grade 12 equivalent) in construction, building management, or a related field.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Solid knowledge of building maintenance systems and basic facilities engineering.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proven experience in facilities administration, property management, or a comparable role.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong budgeting, IT, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Fluency in Portuguese (English an
