\n\ud83d\udcbc What you\u2019ll do:
\n\u2022 Lead end-to-end file management from booking to final closure
\n\u2022 Drive KPI performance and ensure high service delivery standards
\n\u2022 Ensure billing accuracy and protect company revenue
\n\u2022 Oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
\n\u2022 Maintain full control of files, documentation, and system updates (EPMS)
\n\u2022 Identify risks, resolve operational issues, and prevent delays
\n\u2022 Drive process improvements and standardization across operations
\n\u2022 Monitor financial exposure and ensure all billable activities are captured
\n\u2022 Lead, coach, and motivate the team to ensure productivity and discipline
\n\u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders and escalate issues when required
\n\u2705 We\u2019re looking for:
\n\u2022 3\u20135 years\u2019 experience in Import\/Export or logistics
\n\u2022 Strong understanding of shipping processes and documentation
\n\u2022 Experience leading teams and driving performance
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems (EPMS or similar)
\n\u2022 Fluency in Portuguese and English
\n\u2022 Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
