Our client, a leading global provider in the Energy industry, is looking to appoint a successful Legal Administrative Assistant to based in Maputo.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Provide comprehensive administrative and paralegal support to the Legal Department, ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day legal operations and workflows.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Coordinate the preparation and timely delivery of Company and Other Special Purpose Entities\u2019 legal documentation, including correspondence and filings; manage scheduling, coordination, and confirmation of internal and external appointments.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Maintain and administer the Legal Department\u2019s document management system, ensuring accurate filing, registration, and retrieval of records; uphold strict confidentiality standards and ensure full traceability of legal documentation.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Manage and monitor the collection, organization, and electronic registration of legal data, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of digital archives.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Support the preparation of legal documents relevant to the department\u2019s activities, in line with applicable legal and internal standards.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Monitor and update legal and regulatory databases, ensuring that applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and key legal developments are current and accurately reflected.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Perform additional duties as required in support of the Legal Department\u2019s objectives and operational needs.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Actively contributes to the promotion of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and culture within the workplace.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATIONS:<\/h3>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Minimum 3-year experience in a legal administration support or corporate environment.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Attention to detail.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Keen observation skills.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent time management skills.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Strong organizational skills.<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Impressive communication skills.<\/p>\n
