The CSR will act as the on-site representative onboard a pipelay vessel, overseeing installation activities and ensuring compliance with project standards, procedures, and safety requirements.<\/p>\n<p>This role plays a critical part during the execution of offshore pipelay campaigns, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of subsea infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary Company representative onboard the installation vessel<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and monitor offshore pipelay operations (reel-lay) to ensure compliance with approved procedures<\/li>\n<li>Review contractor documentation including: Installation procedures, Engineering designs and Risk assessments (HIRA)<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all activities are aligned with Company HSE standards and applicable regulations<\/li>\n<li>Lead and participate in risk assessments, safety walks, and hazard identification initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate closely with the EPCI Installation Manager and onshore project teams<\/li>\n<li>Monitor contractor performance, progress, and quality of work<\/li>\n<li>Manage and report any technical issues or deviations through Management of Change (MOC) processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper reporting of daily, weekly, and milestone progress<\/li>\n<li>Interface with discipline engineers (welding, coating, materials, corrosion, etc.) as required<\/li>\n<li>Support campaign preparation activities, mobilization, and readiness reviews<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to project close-out and lessons learned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Project Scope<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Installation of multiple 10\u201d production flowlines and associated subsea structures (PLETs)<\/li>\n<li>Offshore installation using reel-lay methodology onboard a deepwater vessel<\/li>\n<li>Participation in campaigns scheduled across 2026\u20132027<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>HSE Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with Company and Contractor HSE management systems<\/li>\n<li>Act as a safety leader onboard, promoting a proactive HSE culture<\/li>\n<li>Verify bridging documents between Company and Contractor safety systems<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all offshore activities are performed safely and within approved risk frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Engineering (or equivalent technical discipline)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 15 years\u2019 experience in Oil &amp; Gas, with strong offshore exposure<\/li>\n<li>At least 10 years of pipelay installation experience, including reel-lay operations<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as a CSR \/ Company Representative onboard installation vessels<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in offshore construction, quality control, and HSE oversight<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in large, multi-contractor EPC\/EPCI environments<\/li>\n<li>Valid offshore certifications: BOSIET and OGUK Medical<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English (written and spoken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Competencies<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced offshore environments<\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination<\/li>\n<li>High attention to safety, quality, and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable and capable of working within multicultural teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Airswift<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>Airswift is a global workforce solutions provider specializing in the engineering and technology sectors.
