\nPosition Details
\nPosition: Receptionist
\nAge: Up to 35 years
\nGender: Female
\nWorking Location: Maputo
\nWorking Hours: 8:00 \u2013 17:00, Monday to Friday; 9:00 \u2013 12:00 on Saturdays
\nMonthly Salary: 14000-18000MZN<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities
\n1\u3001Receive, attend to, and direct clients, visitors, and phone calls;
\n2\u3001Manage the drivers work schedule;
\n3\u3001Ensure control of office supplies (administrative materials);
\n4\u3001Maintain and update the administrative inventory;
\n5\u3001Handle interaction with administrative service providers, including follow-up and processing of payments;
\n6\u3001Process payments for water, electricity, and internet services;
\n7\u3001Monitor and ensure the renewal of vehicle licenses;
\n8\u3001Track and manage vehicle maintenance;
\n9\u3001Make hotel and restaurant reservations as required;
\n10\u3001Organize and maintain updated administrative records and documentation;
\n11\u3001Provide support in general administrative activities;
\n12\u3001Ensure a professional reception service and uphold the company\u2019s image.<\/p>\n

Job Requirements
\n1\u3001Fluent in Portuguese and English
\n2\u3001Dynamic, proactive, and responsible profile
\n3\u3001Strong communication and organizational skills
\n4\u3001Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
\n5\u3001Bachelor\u2019s degree in Administration or related fields<\/p>\n
