Our client, a global leading int the Construction industry, is looking to appoint a RFI Officer to be based in Afungi.<\/p>\n

Job Purpose<\/h3>\n

The RFI (Request for Information) Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating the RFI process within projects or corporate operations. This role ensures the accurate collection of information from suppliers, facilitates clarification of technical queries, and resolves documentation gaps to support efficient procurement and contracting processes.<\/p>\n

ACTIVITIES<\/h3>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Manage and track all incoming and outgoing RFIs to ensure timely responses.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to gather required information.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Review and clarify technical and commercial queries related to project documentation.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with submitted information.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and legal teams to resolve documentation issues.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Maintain organized records of all RFIs, responses, and supporting documents.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Monitor deadlines and follow up to avoid delays in contracting and project execution.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Support the contracting and procurement process by ensuring all required information is available and validated.<\/p>\n

QUALIFICATION\/EXPERIENCED REQUIRED<\/h3>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Proven experience in project support, procurement, contracts, or document control.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Strong understanding of RFI processes within corporate or project environments.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.<\/p>\n
