{"id":29618,"date":"2026-04-10T06:03:44","date_gmt":"2026-04-10T06:03:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=29618"},"modified":"2026-04-10T06:03:44","modified_gmt":"2026-04-10T06:03:44","slug":"vaga-capacity-building-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/vaga-capacity-building-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; Capacity Building Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Contexte et environnement<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>National Content development is key for the country\u2019s development, to address Authorities\u2019 and local communities\u2019 expectations and consequently for TEPMA1\u2019s social license to operate.<\/li>\n<li>The successful implementation of Capacity Building initiatives is critical in the delivery of Local Content.<\/li>\n<li>Position is situated in Maputo with potential trips to, and contacts with, TEPMA1\u2019s operations site and other locations in Cabo Delgado Province and the rest of the country with relevance to the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Activit\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountable for the implementation, coordination, and reporting related to the capacity building programs in line with the requirements of the applicable Local Content regulations and Project\u2019s LC plan.<\/li>\n<li>Develop good working relations, cooperation and synergies with stakeholders involved in Business and youth development programs:<\/li>\n<li>To coordinate awareness programs on Project requirements;<\/li>\n<li>To ensure technical training actions are aligned with the best expression of the Project\u2019s needs; and<\/li>\n<li>To generate programs synergies and sustainability.<\/li>\n<li>Support the Capacity Building Lead on the development, coordination, monitoring, implementation, and opportunities for updates of the MzLNG Project\u2019s \u201cCapacity Building program(s)\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of assigned capacity building programs.<\/li>\n<li>The capacity building coordinator will have responsibilities regarding the success of Mozambique LNG Project\u2019s SMEs development program via a \u201cSmall and Medium Enterprise (SME) support development Plan\u201d (training, coaching, access to finance, transfer of technology) which includes but is not limited to the following activities:\n<ul>\n<li>Contracting workshops.<\/li>\n<li>Business Development programs; and<\/li>\n<li>Certification programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The Capacity Building Coordinator will have responsibilities regarding the successful implementation of youth development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Capacity Building Lead with the monitoring of Mozambique LNG contractors\u2019 Capacity Building programs (Workforce and SME development programs);<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Local Content Manager and Capacity Building Lead, as required with the Mozambique LNG Project in preparing reports, drafting presentations and \/ or communications;<\/li>\n<li>Support TEPMA1 good HSE practices in the workplace by reporting incidents or unsafe conditions and implement mitigation actions as possible. And when required stop unsafe works being performed and advise best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Profil du candidat<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English.
