\u3010Key Responsibilities\u3011:
\n1\u3001Handle the company\u2019s day-to-day legal matters, including contract review, legal risk identification, and business compliance support;
\n2\u3001Manage and follow up on litigation, arbitration, and enforcement cases involving the company, liaising with courts, banks, and relevant authorities;
\n3\u3001Assess legal risks in ongoing and potential disputes and provide clear, practical legal advice to management;
\n4\u3001Prepare, organize, and submit legal documents, evidence, and compliance materials as required;
\n5\u3001Support legal compliance related to fund flows, banking matters, foreign exchange, and related regulatory issues;
\n6\u3001Work closely with finance, operations, and commercial teams on legal issues involving clients and suppliers;
\n7\u3001Monitor changes in local laws and regulations and assess their impact on the company\u2019s business;
\n8\u3001Coordinate with external lawyers, courts, banks, and government authorities when necessary.<\/p>\n
\u3010Requirements\u3011:
\n1\u3001Bachelor\u2019s degree or above in Law; legal qualification is preferred;
\n2\u3001Experience as an in-house legal counsel or in a law firm, with hands-on experience in litigation or dispute resolution preferred;
\n3\u3001Solid understanding of contract law, company law, and civil\/commercial litigation procedures; experience with enforcement proceedings and banking-related matters is a strong advantage;
\n4\u3001Strong legal analysis and judgment skills, with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice;
\n5\u3001Detail-oriented, with strong document management and evidence-handling capabilities;
\n6\u3001Able to work independently while maintaining effective cross-department communication;
\n7\u3001English can be used as a working language for legal and business communication;
\n8\u3001Strong sense of responsibility and ability to adapt to a fast-paced operational environment.<\/p>\n
