We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth coordination across departments.<\/p>\n
\ud83d\udd37 Key Responsibilities
\nOversee daily execution of operational processes including orders, deliveries, and payments ;
\nEnsure compliance with internal procedures and identify workflow gaps ;
\nMonitor performance indicators and prepare reports for management ;
\nCoordinate activities between sales, finance, and logistics teams ;
\nReview and validate key transactions according to company policies ;
\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives ;
\nSupervise staff and provide performance feedback ;
\n\ud83d\udd37 Requirements
\nBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field ;
\n3\u20135 years of experience in operations or coordination roles ;
\nStrong knowledge of workflow control and basic financial processes ;
\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis ;
\nFluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) ;
\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills ;
\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities ;
