We drive changes in practice and policy at local, national and global levels using our reach, experience and knowledge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For over 85 years, we have rallied other determined optimists to transform the lives of all children in more than 80 countries.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We won\u2019t stop until we are all equal.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The opportunity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the recruitment process in line with Recruitment Guidelines and HR best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Support in Managing the recruitment &amp; selection process through HRIS and under pure transparency.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve gender balance through recruitment processes.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring consistency of contract as per PIMz format, HR Manual and country law across all programme areas.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all benefit and compensation offered as per organizational pay scales.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the transition process as a result of transfer, retirement, redundancy or termination of contract.<\/li>\n<li>Update HRIS and payroll system on staff compensation and benefits timely.<\/li>\n<li>Manage timely record of staff data using on HR Information Systems (HRIS and Primavera).<\/li>\n<li>Keep up-to-date employee records with all relevant information.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the full cycle of exit process in line with Plan procedures and country law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>About you:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources or related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the INGO Sector or demonstrated equivalent combination.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in handling bulk recruitments with in short period of time<\/li>\n<li>Experience in using HR systems.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experiences and ability to coordinate and collaborate with different departments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading team, coaching and mentoring<\/li>\n<li>Good experience in Matrix management.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Microsoft -system<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in Portuguese, English and any local language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Click here to access the full Job Description:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/planinternational.sharepoint.com\/:w:\/s\/HRODMoz\/IQAN9KGa0yIATpLDdihFmW0IAThmjcnu31_aEQlJ0mzwhlk?e=KwgA9P\">HR Assistant<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Maputo<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Type of Role: Temporary position\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reports to: Interim P&amp;C Specialist<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pay range: 681.970,80MzN to 767.217,12MzN annual gross.
