Contexto da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><b>AMJIGE<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dedicada \u00e0 promo\u00e7\u00e3o da igualdade de g\u00e9nero, empoderamento juvenil e acesso \u00e0 educa\u00e7\u00e3o. Actuamos na vanguarda da defesa dos direitos das raparigas e mulheres jovens em Mo\u00e7ambique, acreditando que a mudan\u00e7a social real nasce do protagonismo local.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>2. Objectivo do Cargo<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os Activistas e o\/a Ponto Focal ser\u00e3o as \u201cvozes e os rostos\u201d da AMJIGE na prov\u00edncia de Gaza. O seu papel fundamental \u00e9 assegurar a presen\u00e7a estrat\u00e9gica da associa\u00e7\u00e3o a n\u00edvel local, coordenando iniciativas que promovam a justi\u00e7a social, protec\u00e7\u00e3o e o desenvolvimento econ\u00f3mico das mulheres jovens.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>3. Principais Responsabilidades e Fun\u00e7\u00f5es<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A candidata (individual ou organiza\u00e7\u00e3o) seleccionada ter\u00e1 as seguintes atribui\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Representa\u00e7\u00e3o Institucional:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Representar a AMJIGE em reuni\u00f5es, f\u00f3runs, clusters e eventos oficiais com o Governo, ONGs e parceiros de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o em Gaza.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Gest\u00e3o de Actividades:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Organizar e implementar ac\u00e7\u00f5es de car\u00e1cter volunt\u00e1rio alinhadas ao plano estrat\u00e9gico da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Protec\u00e7\u00e3o Social e G\u00e9nero:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Desenvolver ac\u00e7\u00f5es de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre Direitos Sexuais e Reprodutivos e combate \u00e0 viol\u00eancia baseada no g\u00e9nero em contextos humanit\u00e1rios.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Dinamiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Empreendedorismo:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Facilitar iniciativas de literacia financeira e auto-emprego para mulheres jovens locais.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o Comunit\u00e1ria:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Engajar l\u00edderes locais e grupos juvenis para a causa da igualdade de g\u00e9nero.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Relat\u00f3rios:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Produzir relatos peri\u00f3dicos sobre a situa\u00e7\u00e3o das raparigas na prov\u00edncia e o impacto das actividades realizadas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>4. Perfil e Requisitos<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procuramos jovens l\u00edderes (ou organiza\u00e7\u00f5es lideradas por jovens) que combinem compromisso \u00e9tico com energia para a ac\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Requisitos Obrigat\u00f3rios:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>G\u00e9nero e Idade:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ser jovem, rapariga ou mulher, com idade compreendida entre <\/span><b>12 e 35 anos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Resid\u00eancia:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ser natural e residente na prov\u00edncia de Gaza (<\/span><b>resid\u00eancia em Chokw\u00e9 ou Chibuto ser\u00e1 uma vantagem<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Habilita\u00e7\u00f5es Liter\u00e1rias:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> M\u00ednimo de 7\u00aa Classe conclu\u00edda para raparigas dos 12 -17 anos e para os maiores de 18 anos pelo menos 12\u00aa conclu\u00edda (frequ\u00eancia universit\u00e1ria \u00e9 um diferencial).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Experi\u00eancia:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Experi\u00eancia comprovada como activista e defensor\/a dos Direitos Humanos.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Para Organiza\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Ser uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o feminista obrigatoriamente liderada por uma mulher jovem dos 18 a 35 anos.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Compet\u00eancias e Valores:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Conhecimento Ideol\u00f3gico:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Familiaridade com os princ\u00edpios feministas e igualdade de g\u00e9nero.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Proactividade:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Capacidade de identificar problemas e propor solu\u00e7\u00f5es com autonomia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Flu\u00eancia na escrita e leitura em Portugu\u00eas; o dom\u00ednio da l\u00edngua local (Xichangana) s\u00e3o uma vantagem.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><b>5.
