We operate in various\u00a0 areas, including Agriculture, Health, Education, Gender, and Water, based on Christian principles,\u00a0 promoting high ethical standards and transparency.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Job Summary\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This role leads program design, technical quality assurance and leadership, networking and partnership\u00a0 building, project\/program management, monitoring, and staff capacity-building for the effective delivery\u00a0 of PMWB strategies and the rollout of its technical specializations. The PMWB Specialist conducts context\u00a0 and systems analyze to identify priority needs, gaps, and opportunities across the PMWB continuum, and\u00a0 coordinates evidence-based, system-oriented interventions that promote equitable access to quality\u00a0 healthcare, adequate nutrition, mental health and psychosocial support, and enabling health\u00a0 environments\u2014particularly for women, children, and adolescents.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Principal Responsibilities\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evaluate technical strategies, approaches, and programs to enhance the development of PMWB\u00a0 impactful initiatives- ensuring adherence to WHO, MoH, and donor standards;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support capacity-building activities in PMWB; identify capacity gaps, coordinate training, and\u00a0 provide post-training support\/ mentorship to field staff;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure coordinated delivery of PMWB approaches and initiatives across Area Programs within\u00a0 the Country office;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incorporate an integrative approach linking other flourishing areas: behavior change, early\u00a0 childhood development and youth-friendly approaches into the PMWB flourishing area\u00a0 interventions;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Represent FH in national Technical Working Groups and other stakeholder platforms to ensure\u00a0 the visibility of FH work and foster a coordinated stakeholder approach.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a genuine Christian commitment to serve those\u00a0 in need, and full adherence to the Christian principles upheld by FH;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A minimum of 5 years of experience working on programs that support maternal child\u00a0 adolescent health and nutrition programs, mental health programs and digital health\u00a0 innovations;\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demonstrable experience in coordinating capacity building and provision of technical support\u00a0 for initiatives that improve children\u2019s development, learning outcomes, and youth development; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-profit ministry experience a plus.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education\/Certifications\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree or equivalent combination in Public Health, Food science and Technology,\u00a0 Nutrition and dietetics or related sciences from accredited university.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MSc in Public Health and\/or Human Nutrition is desirable.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency in written and spoken English &amp; Portuguese.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Pay Information\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Salary Range Annual: <\/span><b>28,800 &#8211; 31,476 USD\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Safeguarding Policy\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FH strives to provide an environment free from sexual exploitation and abuse and harassment in all places\u00a0 where relief and development programs are implemented.
