Our client, a global leading provider in the Energy industry, is looking for a Reporting & Performance Officer to be based in Afungi.<\/p>\n

Job Dimensions<\/h3>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Take part in Local Content operations required to deliver the Mozambique LNG Project Local Content Plan objectives, in line with Local Content regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n

Activities<\/h3>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Produce all reporting related to Local Content (quarterly reports, yearly reports, keep up to date the Local Content KPIs).<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Monitor Contractor\u2019s Local Content performance and expedite their report and integrate data into the Project reporting.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0As required, together with the Capacity Building Lead and Contract strategies Lead support on the development, update, and monitoring of the company Local Content plan with a local content benchmark and intelligence addressing: Employment & training, Procurement of Goods & Services and Capacity building needs & opportunities.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Coordinate with relevant parties the implementation and communication of projects such as, industrial baseline surveys, studies, business delegations, among others.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Support the company good HSE practices in the workplace by reporting incidents or unsafe conditions and implement mitigation actions as possible; and when required stop unsafe works being performed and advise on best practices.<\/p>\n

Qualifications\/Experience required<\/h3>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Minimum of a bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Management and a Master\u2019s degree being an added advantage<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Professional Experience (years): minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Good Analytical and reporting skills<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Advanced excel, administration skills<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Fluency in English and Portuguese.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Power BI is a plus.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent communication skills, analytical mind-set, synthetic, rigorous, pro-active<\/p>\n
