It accounts for over 40% of all Coca-Cola ready-to-drink beverages sold in Africa by volume. With over 14,000 employees in Africa, CCBA group services more than 800,000 customers with a host of international and local brands. CCBA group operates in 14 countries: South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Mozambique, Namibia, Tanzania, Botswana, Zambia, Eswatini, Lesotho, Malawi and the islands of Comoros and Mayotte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successful implementation and compliance of CCBA Procurement contracts at country level.<\/li>\n<li>Accurate master data management and system housekeeping.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of country-specific sourcing events and achievement of savings targets.<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder and supplier relationships that drive performance and cost optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Execution of yearly procurement action plan and continuous process improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Completion of system training programs for all relevant employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum: National Diploma in Finance, Procurement, Logistics, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Advantage: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Supply Chain or related field; CIPS certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years in procurement or supply chain, with at least 3 years in tactical and operational purchasing (FMCG preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of master data management and procurement lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Business and Commercial Acumen<\/li>\n<li>Master Data Management<\/li>\n<li>Compliance, Governance &amp; Ethics<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Relationship Management<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation and Influencing Skills<\/li>\n<li>Project Management and Change Leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>General<\/p>\n<p>The advert has minimum requirements listed.
