\u3010Job Responsibilities\u3011:
\n1\u3001Maintain and update customer profiles in the ERP system (e.g. Kingdee), ensuring data accuracy and completeness;
\n2\u3001Collect, organize, and preliminarily review customer credit application documents, establishing complete customer records;
\n3\u3001Assist in updating product catalogs, flyers, and pricing information based on real-time inventory changes;
\n4\u3001Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure sales staff have the latest product and promotional information;
\n5\u3001Collect and summarize customer demands as well as market intelligence, including competitors\u2019 pricing and promotional activities;
\n6\u3001Conduct regular follow-up calls with small and medium-sized customers to gather feedback and identify potential additional sales opportunities;
\n7\u3001Export inventory reports and accounts receivable aging reports from the ERP system and proactively communicate with sales staff regarding stock alerts and overdue payments;
\n8\u3001Handle internal sales administration work, including contract filing, meeting minutes, and other tasks assigned by management.<\/p>\n
\u3010Job Requirements\u3011:
\n1\u3001Previous experience in sales support, customer service, administration, or related roles is preferred;
\n2\u3001Proficient in computer and office software, especially Excel (data filtering, basic formulas, and handling system-exported data);
\n3\u3001Experience with ERP systems (such as Kingdee or Primavera) is a strong advantage;
\n4\u3001Fluent in Portuguese, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
\n5\u3001Familiarity with basic design or office layout tools for updating product flyers is a plus;
\n6\u3001Detail-oriented, well-organized, and reliable, with strong execution ability;
\n7\u3001Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively across departments;
\n8\u3001Female candidates are preferred.<\/p>\n
