{"id":27763,"date":"2026-01-21T06:50:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-21T06:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=27763"},"modified":"2026-01-21T06:50:00","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T06:50:00","slug":"vaga-partner-engagement-analyst","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/vaga-partner-engagement-analyst\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; Partner Engagement Analyst"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Contexte et environnement<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"c98f1fd2 feccaaa5\">\n<li>The position activities will be performed in close collaboration and coordination with the Partner Engagement Manager and the Project Management Team.<\/li>\n<li>The job holder will play an essential role in ensuring the project team is kept fully aware, and deadlines are met, for all Concessionaire related meetings and questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Activit\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"c98f1fd2 feccaaa5\">\n<li>Ensure the efficient management of all communication to Concessionaires ensuring that all communication protocols are followed;<\/li>\n<li>Use of chosen corporate application for document management, transfer, and communications with Concessionaires;<\/li>\n<li>Collate and coordinate the prompt and efficient response to Concessionaire questions;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records for all special purpose entities and UUOC;<\/li>\n<li>Assist Partner Engagement Manager with the arrangements for Operating Committee Management and Sub-committees;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain list of Operating Committee and Sub-committee members and their alternates;<\/li>\n<li>Maintain project calendar of all Operating Committee and Sub-committee meetings;<\/li>\n<li>Support Project Governance activities as required;<\/li>\n<li>Promote and demonstrate an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSSE rules &amp; requirements, with regards to the Company Ethics and \u201cCode of Conduct\u201d policy and for implementing and controlling these rules and requirements within the said area of responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> Profil du candidat<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"c98f1fd2 feccaaa5\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Management, law or similar;<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 6 years of experience in major projects, corporations, banking and other industry with complex document management;<\/li>\n<li>Major Oil and Gas project developments knowledge and experience will be an advantage;<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational ability, commitment to meeting deadlines and strong communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Requires team spirit with ability to work closely with various stakeholders including but not limited to diverse international teams both internally and externally;<\/li>\n<li>Experienced and proficient with Microsoft Office software, SharePoint. Knowledge of Omega 365 tools a plus;<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Portuguese.
