\u3010Job Responsibilities\u3011:
\n1\u3001Responsible for order processing and order follow-up, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the entire workflow;
\n2\u3001Coordinate and monitor cargo transportation progress to ensure smooth logistics operations;
\n3\u3001Handle customer after-sales issues, follow up on feedback, and coordinate solutions;
\n4\u3001Assist management with daily administrative tasks and cross-departmental communication;
\n5\u3001Maintain and regularly update system data including orders, inventory, and customer information;
\n6\u3001Participate in on-site coordination with suppliers or customers as required by work needs.<\/p>\n
\u3010Job Requirements\u3011:
\n1\u3001Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer service is preferred;
\n2\u3001Proficient in computer and office software (e.g. Excel, Word, email systems);
\n3\u3001English can be used as a working language, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills;
\n4\u3001Knowledge of or basic familiarity with lubricants, tires, or mechanical products is an advantage;
\n5\u3001Detail-oriented, reliable, with strong execution ability and capable of identifying and independently solving problems;
\n6\u3001Strong communication and coordination skills, able to adapt to a fast-paced, multitasking work environment;
\n7\u3001Strong sense of responsibility and good team spirit.<\/p>\n
