Senior HR Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"component-styling-wrapper-25027\" data-bind=\"class: uniqueWrapperClass\">\n<div class=\"job-details__section\" data-bind=\"\n            class: customizationParams.commonParams.cssClass,\n            attr: { id: customizationParams.commonParams.cssId },\n            customStyles: customizationParams.commonParams,\n        \"><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"job-details__description-header text-color-secondary font-family-secondary\" data-bind=\"i18n: 'job-details.job-description-title'\">Job Description<\/h2>\n<div class=\"job-details__description-content basic-formatter\" data-bind=\"html: pageData().job.description\">\n<p>Maintains safety and discipline in the workplace by implementing the company&#8217;s Disciplinary<br \/>\nCode<\/p>\n<p>Assist the HR Manager with design and implementation of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remuneration strategy;<\/li>\n<li>Employees reward and benefits;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Understands all remuneration and benefits principles, policies and procedures and can explain<br \/>\nthem clearly to employees and line managers including high-level differences between regions<br \/>\nand across the operations.<\/p>\n<p>Review the salary processing data calculated from attendance \/ working hours and give<br \/>\napproval.<\/p>\n<p>Develop the reward and social benefits program, evaluate scial and security measures such as<br \/>\nhealth care plans, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Provide monthly HR provision input &amp; other unit cost to Finance.<\/p>\n<p>Review the declarations to the national social security office (INNS).<\/p>\n<p>Manages the employee movement and separation process and procedures (e.g. resignation,<br \/>\nretirement, retrenchment dismissal ill health, death and incapacity).<\/p>\n<p>Oversees the process of ensuring data integrity of the HR system.<br \/>\nImplements clearly defined change management processes and facilitate the successful<br \/>\nimplementation of change projects.<br \/>\nEnsures the integration of employee engagement, motivation and empowerment initiatives and<br \/>\npolicies across the BU (both within and outside of FIR).<br \/>\nResponsible of new joiners&#8217; enrolments and full registration, as well as exited staff.<br \/>\nUnderstands the people needs of the Business and can communicate and market the relevant HR<br \/>\nservice offerings.<br \/>\nHas an in-depth understanding of HR policies, processes and systems and communicates these<br \/>\neffectively to all relevant stake holders and highlights any inefficiency and recommends<br \/>\ncorrective actions.<br \/>\nMaintain discipline by implementing the company&#8217;s Disciplinary Code, as well as, driving<br \/>\ndisciplinary proceedings and appoint the Disciplinary Hearing Committee<br \/>\nSupports and articulates vision and values and goals aligned to business direction.<br \/>\nUnderstands the people needs of the Business and can communicate and market the relevant HR<br \/>\nservice offerings.<br \/>\nProactively educates customers of changes to HR policies, processes, systems and product<br \/>\nofferings.<br \/>\nImplements initiatives to enhance employee motivation, engagement and empowerment<br \/>\nManage the supervision and development of general services<br \/>\nManage any other request of the HR Manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree (Licenciatura) or equivalent in Human Resources, Behavioural sciences, Law<br \/>\nor any other relevant degree.<\/p>\n<p>6-8 years generalist HR experience, with:<\/p>\n<p>Proficient level of Talent Management skill<\/p>\n<p>Basic understanding of Organisational design<\/p>\n<p>Proficient understanding of Change Management<\/p>\n<p>Proficient understanding of the HR value chain<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic understanding of the Management Consulting Principles<\/li>\n<li>Advanced understanding of HR Information Management<\/li>\n<li>Advanced understanding of HR legislation and company policy<\/li>\n<li>Proficient level of business understanding and skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient understanding of Change Management<\/li>\n<li>Proficient understanding of the HR value chain<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of the Management Consulting Principles<\/li>\n<li>Advanced understanding of HR Information Management<\/li>\n<li>Advanced understanding of HR legislation and company policy<\/li>\n<li>Proficient level of business understanding and skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cc-element cc-element--custom-html\" data-bind=\"html: content, customStyles: params\">\n<p align=\"justified\">DP World is committed to the principles of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
