\n\u2022 Manage & mentor the finance team
\nRequirements:
\n\u2714 8+ years in insurance finance
\n\u2714 Strong tax & regulatory knowledge
\n\u2714 IFRS expertise
\n\u2714 Leadership & analytical skills
\n\u2714 English fluency (Portuguese a plus)
