{"id":26513,"date":"2025-11-12T07:27:33","date_gmt":"2025-11-12T07:27:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=26513"},"modified":"2025-11-12T07:27:33","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T07:27:33","slug":"vaga-methods-compliance-and-information-management-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/vaga-methods-compliance-and-information-management-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; Methods, compliance, and information management Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Contexte et environnement<\/p>\n<p><\/strong>The Methods, compliance and information management coordinator position is based in Maputo.<\/p>\n<p>The scope of activities includes all the locations of the LNG project: Maputo, Pemba, Paris, Milan, Houston, etc. TEPMA1 will need to set up method and be compliant in all IT domains.<\/p>\n<p>The objective and challenges are to ensure a common level of awareness for IT compliance requirements within all business domains.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Activit\u00e9s<\/p>\n<p><\/strong><strong>Methods: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_5aef56b9 _3c6710e4\">\n<li>Ensure the consistency of all the IT processes through clear and formalized IT procedures &amp; ensure they are respected by all business entities for TEPMA1 project in all sites<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all IT procedures are published and maintained up to date in CMS documentation &amp; propose improvements<\/li>\n<li>Follow up performance indicators for the IS Department and monitor application of procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that Group and Branch policies and procedures will be applied with complementary local ones as appropriate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Information management, Referential &amp; Compliance: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"_5aef56b9 _3c6710e4\">\n<li>Hold the role of IM-L as a single point of entry for the branch information management in affiliate<\/li>\n<li>Deploy ECM (Enterprise content management) applications, tools &amp; projects requested by HQ<\/li>\n<li>Build &amp; animate a network of Information Management Officers within the Affiliate<\/li>\n<li>Relays HQ Referential, compliance requirement, initiatives, best practices, awareness &amp; required trainings in IT domain to all Affiliate\u2019s employees including affiliate IM referential Up to date (PCD, PSPI &amp;BCR)<\/li>\n<li>Help business entities to keep their processes compliant.
