{"id":25870,"date":"2025-10-17T06:27:43","date_gmt":"2025-10-17T06:27:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/?p=25870"},"modified":"2025-10-17T06:28:50","modified_gmt":"2025-10-17T06:28:50","slug":"1vaga-lng-plant-buildings-spdt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wizandroidmz.com\/emprego\/1vaga-lng-plant-buildings-spdt\/","title":{"rendered":"Vaga &#8211; LNG Plant Buildings Spdt"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"col-12\">\n<div class=\"section-content\">\n<h1 class=\"section-title ng-binding\">About this offer<\/h1>\n<div class=\"section-html-text ng-binding\">\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inspire safety commitment in Client and all Contractors and Subcontractors teams via deep knowledge of HSE and leadership by example.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE requirements across works to promote a healthy and safe work environment.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and report performance of all Contractors and Subcontractors activities, identify any deviations\/risks, and contribute to timely propose mitigations to the Project Management Team.<\/li>\n<li>The Construction Superintendent is responsible for ensuring the site works are properly managed and executed by the Contractor and their approved Subcontractors in accordance with the Contract Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and Review of Contractor-related Assurance activities and verification documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Assure Contractor is performing all works in accordance with the approved plans and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>This role requires the Construction Superintendent to work and interface with other Company discipline Superintendents, Engineers, Planners, Authorities and the Contractor, Vendors to ensure key Contract deliverables are met.<\/li>\n<li>The key deliverables are safety compliance, environmental management, assurance, budget management and control, project schedule milestones and adherence to project approved and national specifications, standards and written practices.<\/li>\n<li>Leading Daily and weekly meetings with the Contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring the contractor execution plan and associated resources are in line with Project planning priorities and milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting, anticipating and proposing mitigation measures to avoid any potential slippage on the planning.<\/li>\n<li>In close relation with N+1, keeping a record of any potential issues related to execution that could benefit Company contractually.<\/li>\n<li>Assist to gather and validates \u2018lessons learnt\u2019 from all project team and provides feedback.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: A degree\/diploma qualification or equivalent in a related discipline field and\/or Oil &amp; Gas construction projects.<\/li>\n<li>10 years\u2019 experience in related discipline works and a suitable general knowledge in the oil and gas industry<\/li>\n<li>Full understanding of areas critical to the success of large complex projects: safety, environmental, work organization, cost, schedule, quality, organizational competency, and reputational risk.<\/li>\n<li>Strong HSE culture and safety leadership, effective communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence critical decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong English written and verbal communication skills required.
