The role will drive value\u00a0 chain development, agribusiness, nutrition initiatives, and entrepreneurship while strengthening\u00a0 staff and partner capacity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide technical leadership in agribusiness, nutrition, and value chain development,\u00a0 including systems analysis and solution design.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Support and train farmer groups, youth, and women\u2019s associations on business\u00a0 development and savings practices.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Build strategic partnerships, develop proposals, and engage donors to expand program\u00a0 reach.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Represent FH in technical working groups, donor forums, and interagency networks. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lead staff capacity building, including training, mentoring, and technical oversight. <\/span><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong personal alignment with FH\u2019s Christian foundation and values.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimum of 7 years\u2019 experience in agriculture, agribusiness, value chain development,\u00a0 nutrition, or related fields, particularly with smallholder farmers and vulnerable groups. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2022 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in Agricultural Sciences, Agribusiness, Rural Development, Economics,\u00a0 Nutrition, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demonstrated expertise in market systems\/value chain analysis, program design, and\u00a0 capacity building.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience in both humanitarian and development contexts.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proficiency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Safeguarding &amp; Integrity\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FH upholds a zero-tolerance policy on sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment.
