Our client, a global leading provider in the Energy industry, is looking to HR Operations Coordinator to be based in Maputo.<\/p>\n

Job Dimensions<\/h3>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0This role delivers specialized areas of HR Operations services such as international and domestic mobility, on\/offboarding, contractor management, expatriate management, among others and utilize internal stakeholder relationships to drive delivery, learning and development and adherence to company standards and policies.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0In this capacity, this role will deploy the project onboarding program in-country (for Maputo, Pemba and Afungi) and supporting other Project locations, according to the project onboarding strategy and mobility for expatriates and local staff and contractors, ensuring the approach is consistent with the company global onboarding and mobility strategy, guidelines and practices, through collaboration with the project HR Team based in the United States, Italy, UK, France and Singapore, HR counterparts, and the project clients (domestically and internationally).<\/p>\n

Activities<\/h3>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Review and update HR policies and procedures related to his or her area of impact to ensure adherence with applicable laws and regulations as well company goals.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Serve as primary point of contact for on\/offboarding activities on behalf of the Project.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Develops, updates and maintains necessary email templates, checklists, manager guides, training materials and other related communications utilized in the project on\/offboarding process.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Contribute with the design and support the day-to-day execution of the project on\/offboarding strategy for Mozambique and other Project locations.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Coordinates all HR Operations activities related expatriate administration for expatriates and mobility of expatriates, the company staff for international and domestic assignments.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Coordinates with other HR teams to ensure delivery of work and managers third party providers such as expatriate settle-in services, background check providers by acting as a contact and managing relationship to ensure timely delivery of associated services according to agreed requirements<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Coordinates all HR Operations activities regarding mobility of staff and contractors assigned to the Project making necessary updates in HR4U, Ideal, etc. in collaboration with Staffing and Planning and Systems teams.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Contribute to HR projects by providing expertise and recommending potential continuous improvement opportunities.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Provide leadership and mentoring for less experienced staff under his\/her supervision.<\/p>\n

Qualifications\/Experience required<\/h3>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in business management, Human Resources, Economics, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or related<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0At least four (4) years of human resources experience in a generalist, recruiting, onboarding, or similar position.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Acute sense of timing to meeting and\/or exceeding delivery expectations; appropriate sense of urgency.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Excellent customer service skills and presence to build successful project relationships<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, recruiters, executives, new hires \/ new team members<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Strong problem-solving skills<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Strong interpersonal and communication skills<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Proficient computer skills with applications such as MS Office Suite, HR4U\/SAP<\/p>\n
