\ud83e\uddfe Key Responsibilities:
\n1\u3001Welcome and guide visitors, ensuring a positive company image;
\n2\u3001Answer and transfer phone calls;
\n3\u3001Manage correspondence and parcels (receiving, recording, and distributing);
\n4\u3001Assist in organizing meetings (room booking, basic preparation);
\n5\u3001Support the administrative team in daily tasks;
\n6\u3001Perform other duties assigned by management<\/p>\n

\u2705 Requirements:
\n1\u3001Completed secondary education (12th grade);
\n2\u3001Good communication skills and professional appearance;
\n3\u3001Basic computer skills (Word, Excel);
\n4\u3001Responsible, punctual, and a team player;
\n5\u3001Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
\n6\u3001English can be used as a working language<\/p>\n
