About Us<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are a quarry and construction materials company, located in Mueda, supplying all sizes of crushed stone and cement hollow bricks. We also offer product transportation within approximately 200km of the quarry in Cabo Delgado. We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative<\/strong> to drive sales and expand our market reach through direct client engagement and cold outreach.<\/p>\n

This job only requires 5 hours of dedication<\/strong> every day (business day).<\/p>\n

Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Prospect and contact new clients in the construction industry, conduct cold calls, pitch products, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.<\/li>\n
  • Generate and qualify new leads in construction, supply chain, and B2B sectors.<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.<\/li>\n
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Prior sales experience (cold calling, pitching, lead generation).<\/li>\n
    • Fluent in English and Portuguese<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Background in the construction industry<\/strong> (quarry, supply chain, B2B sales) is a big advantage.<\/li>\n
    • Based in Cabo Delgado Province<\/strong> (Moc\u00edmboa, Palma, Mueda, Montepuez, Pemba).<\/li>\n
    • Motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.<\/li>\n
    • Valid driver\u2019s license is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • 5,000 MZN monthly base pay<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • +10% commission on sales<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • +200 MZN monthly call credit<\/strong><\/li>\n

        • Prospectar e contactar novos clientes no setor da constru\u00e7\u00e3o, realizar chamadas a frio, apresentar produtos, fazer o seguimento de contactos e fechar neg\u00f3cios.<\/li>\n
        • Gerar e qualificar novos leads nos setores da constru\u00e7\u00e3o, cadeia de fornecimento e vendas B2B.<\/li>\n
        • Construir e manter rela\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais com clientes, garantindo neg\u00f3cios recorrentes.<\/li>\n
        • Elaborar relat\u00f3rios regulares sobre desempenho de vendas, tend\u00eancias de mercado e atividade da concorr\u00eancia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Requisitos<\/strong><\/p>\n

          • Experi\u00eancia pr\u00e9via em vendas (chamadas a frio, apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos, gera\u00e7\u00e3o de leads).<\/li>\n
          • Fluente em ingl\u00eas e portugu\u00eas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
          • Experi\u00eancia no setor da constru\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> (pedreiras, cadeia de fornecimento, vendas B2B) \u00e9 uma grande vantagem.<\/li>\n
          • Resid\u00eancia na Prov\u00edncia de Cabo Delgado<\/strong> (Moc\u00edmboa, Palma, Mueda, Montepuez, Pemba).<\/li>\n
          • Motivado, orientado para resultados e capaz de trabalhar de forma independente.<\/li>\n
