We are seeking a proactive Collection Team Assistant to support the collection team operations in Maputo.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

1. Communicate team manager’s requirements and oversee team implementation.<\/p>\n

2. Assist with team member attendance, leave, interviews, training, and other matters.<\/p>\n

3. Register relevant documentation as required by the team manager.<\/p>\n

4. Serve as a communication bridge between the local team and headquarters.<\/p>\n

Requirements:<\/p>\n

1. College diploma or higher.<\/p>\n

2. 3+ years of experience – previous call center management experience preferred.<\/p>\n

3. Proficient in general computer and software operations.<\/p>\n

4. Fluent Portuguese with intermediate English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing ).<\/p>\n

5. Strong communication and organizational skills.<\/p>\n

Note: This position reports to the China team manager and will be required to coordinate, respond to, and follow up on manager messages and arrangements outside of working hours.<\/p>\n

Total monthly earnings: USD 250 \u2013 350, composed of a base salary + performance-based commission.<\/p>\n
