The Resource Mobilization Manager will lead the design and drive strategic and proactive resource mobilization approaches to position CARE as a partner of choice among donors, government stakeholders, local partners, private sector and other strategic partners.<\/p>\n

\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Experience in strategy development, quality assurance, and\/or monitoring and evaluation is desirable.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent writing\/editing, report writing, and budget development skills.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Demonstrated ability in leading proposal design and development processes, including design workshops with partners and coordinating budget development in consortia of multiple partners.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Demonstrated ability to successfully design proposals in one or more of the following sectors: economic development, livelihoods, climate justice, protection, Early Childhood Development, WASH, Gender and GBV, health, and emergency response.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Experience in both development and humanitarian sectors is preferred but not required.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Experience in applying humanitarian codes and standards such as SPHERE, the People In Aid Code, HAP etc.
\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Proven skills in program planning, development, analysis, and adaptive management.
